hi *Bei Yin*,

this was a well written, interesting article, and something i've been learning about and practicing for some time. it does work. positivity is always better than negativity, but we must deal with the bad, as well as the good. pushing anything under the carpet, only trips us the next time we walk by.

Hi Susan,
thank you for your kind comment. Although I don't care so much that there are very few responses, it feels good to hear that somebody receives and understands what I'm writing. I would like to write more but my energy is limited and I'm mostly occupied with maintaining this IC and the daily work.
