Herm Allen is an academic and career coach who helps individuals set goals and priorities to reach their dreams. Having worked as an academic advisor and career counselor, Herm knows the challenges and benefits of pursuing those dreams. Herm offers a wide range of programs and services - from one-on-one coaching to seminars/workshops and motivational speaking.

He is a first generation college graduate, from Cleveland, Ohio, who has over 15 years of career and student development experience. In addition to the above mentioned positions, he has also worked as a student development counselor, assistant director of housing, tutor coordinator and has taught courses on college skills and job search strategies. Herm has experience at public, private, four-year and two-year institutions of higher learning.

After receiving his B.A. in Psychology from Wittenberg University (OH) and M.S. in College Student Personnel Services from Miami University (OH), Herm has committed himself to guiding students, from middle school age to adult learners, to future success.

Herm Allen resides in Clemson, SC.
