Jena's most favorite things to do of all the opportunities that are available to her as a citizen of these great United States of America, is reading and writing.
Works of Elizabeth Barrett Browning and Robert Burns are her inspirations. When she feels a need to escape, (at least) temporarily) from the realities of life, She can find peace through writing. She is able to express her innermost thoughts and feelings on paper. She truly love words. Her works demonstrate the power and projection of words in ways that are spellbounding. Through powerful words she can experience love, hate, pain, desire, and comfort.
Jena is a collector of books. In her lifetime she has read hundreds of books on numerous subjects because of her insatiable thirst for knowlege. The writing of words helps to sustain a quiet place in her soul that keeps her grounded.
Having worked in the field of education for twenty six years, Jena has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has written several dozen self-help articles and poems. Her latest books, Mending Broken Pieces and Resting In The Shadow are available on book shelves throughout the United States and beyond.
