Lehman Hailey got started in the business world as the owner of a mortgage company. Working out of his home in Tennessee his mortgage business started to grow so he decided to branch out and get an office and hire one employee. A few years later he had 40 employees, licensed in 13 states, and had offices in Florida and Tennessee. Looking back on those conventional brick and mortar days he realized that he was trapped in a business that he owned and found himself working 13-14 hours per day. After years of building his business and babysitting adult employees he found himself in the situation of never seeing his wife and kids due to the demands his company required. In October 2004 Lehman was on the internet one late night and found an ad about working from home. After gathering some information about the company he decided to give it a shot. He started in the Home Business Arena October the 4th 2004 and by the end of 2004, just 3 short months later, he had shut down his mortgage company and was working full time from home. Before his first full year was even up he had almost tripled his income that he was receiving from his mortgage company. Since then he has co-founded a marketing company call Melon Head Marketing and now teaches the exact strategies he and his partner used to become some of the top internet marketers today. His strategies and marketing techniques can be applied to virtually any business to expand and promote growth. Today he continues to be educated by multi-millionaire internet marketers, staying up to date on all the new marketing strategies and sharing the knowledge with others.
