Answers to this question:Actually, the best way to keep the immune system in good shape is to actually use it. That means exposing it regularly to things that cause infection. After all, that's what a vaccine is all about. So this craziness about keeping all sorts of germs out of your life is just nonsense as far as I'm concerned.
Aside from that, good overall health never hurts. It's been shown that regular exercise also helps to keep the immune system healthy. So ... eat well, sleep well and play well!
