A Chinese company ? I may say something to you, Abolghasem.

Be honest, true to yourself, show them you got what they are looking for and a good attitude (good mannerism etc)

Say "xie xie " it means " Thank you "

and slightly bow your head or nod before you say " Zai Jian " it means " goodbye " or " see you again "

GOOD LUCK to you !

I think the thing you should be most careful about is that you don't allow them to take advantage of you. The salary might look attractive, but it won't compensate for the violation that will happen if they don't respect you.

I don't mean be aggressive or arrogant, just be aware of your own value and what's important to you, and how much you can bring to the job. Also, go into the interview wanting to know who they are. And look around you, see if other employees look happy and fulfilled.

Good luck!

Hi, Thanks for advise but I think this is what I shouldn't be careful about. as long as one works for other people for a certain amount of money he/she let them take advantage of him/her. I like to have my own company someday, I work for it.

I need experience and knowledge, I am a bit conservative.
