Does one needs formal education to become a philosopher?

I think it's important to have formal education if you want to be a philosopher.

many modern Critical philosophers didn't had such titles, my favorite one is Nietzsche. But as the term says it was a generic name for love of knowledge. I also think love is enough to be philosopher. If you look at lovers most of them have philosophic features. they try to discover more and more of their love.
