How could an individual get book donation and which organization could one contact?

I've been watching this question for the week that it has been posted, Rahaman, and I am as disappointed as you probably are at the lack of attention to it.
I certainly don't know. My guess is that one would need to be have inside contacts in the publishing industry. The problem, then, is to break into the inside.
When Stephen King finally broke through he netted somewhere around $250K. Then he could give up his day job. As I understand from his book "On Writing" it was passion and persistence that finally brought in the big money.
Short of telling you to Google yourself blind I don't know what to tell you other than be persistent if you have the passion. The opening in the fence is more likely come to you than for you to find the opening.
If you don't have the passion then I'd suggest that you just enjoy your amateur writing experience and don't frustrate yourself with trying to find the hole in the fence.
My disclaimer to this answer is that I am not an expert. This my personal opinion based on my own limited study.
Maybe I've broken the ice on your question, at least, and someone else will come forth with a peek into the clubhouse.
In hindsight I wonder if correctly understood your question.
Are looking for a donation of money with which to write a book or a donation of books?
Iam requesting for information on where do I get book donation.The book is not about publishing.

Could you provide a little bit more information please? I don't understand what it is you want.
Are you asking if you can contact an organization and have books donated to you? Or are you asking if you can call someone to donate books to them, or are you seeking funds to cover your expenses to write a book?

Tough question!
There are any number of organizations that will donate books to non-profits, or other organizations at no charge, but I could only find one that will provide free books to an individual. In exchange for the book they ask that you make a donation to a charity or person and list it on their website - there is no requirement on the amount of the donation.
At the time I began looking I did not note that you are located in Nigeria so I don't know what impact location may have, but it won't hurt to contact them.
