Is there an alternative to taking baby aspirin daily?

I heard someone say that there is an alternative to taking a baby aspirin daily. Aspirin has some side effects and this treatment apparently does not have too many side effects. I appreciate your response. I am trying to fin out more about this.

Yah, not taking it - if you have certain kinds of strokes or anuerysms the daily ASA can make it worse .... no word for sure on how it effects the eyes last time I looked.....

I believe that omega fish oils(be sure that they are mercury and lead free as most over the counter fish oils are paradoxically VERY high in these toxins) are for antiinflamation as well as being a blood thinner just like aspirin.

If the asprin is being taken as a preventative for cardiovascular disease, Ginko Biloba looks promising.
