The juggler vein in the neck drains blood from the head down to the subclavian; you actually have two of them- one on each side of the neck.

Jugular veins are a network of several veins around the net of which two major ones (one on either side of the neck) are recognized. They help to drain blood from the head. Injury to this veins could easily be fatal because the rate of bleeding is usually very difficult to control
