No idea,but i bet they get a big fat commission for selling it !

actually not the case, it actually is used to help people lower their rate without all the normal costs associated with a regular FHA loan. Sometimes perception is not reality. Don't believe everything you here on the news!!

It is an FHA loan that can help you reduce your monthly mortgage payments and interest. It is another type of option instead of refinancing your home for people who currently have an FHA mortgage.
