How can I hook up my 360 to an older tv that has no RCA jacks using a VCR?

If your tv has SCART you can get an RCA to SCART adaptor block and use that.

I guess a VCR with RCA jacks and SCART output could serve in place of the adaptor block.

Duct tape, and lots of it.

You can use the VCR by plugging in the RCA cables to the input on the VCR and use the output coax cable into the TV.
