Greg has it...unstable. It may be for a number of reasons such as Andy's suggestion or for others...monetary, vengeance, etc...but "unstable" answers the question.

A man that can't handle commitment. He also may have a too high opinion of himself or unrealistic expectations in his partner. He may just enjoy the thrill of falling in love, but once the "new" wears off, he is looking for another "love". This is irresponsible and likely reveals a short-sighted, selfish view of relationships.
