First of all, get to know her. Sit with her. Look her in the eyes. Ask her questions and be interested in the response. Do not touch her. Do not look at parts of her body. Look at her in her eyes. And smile. Let your face light up when you smile. Smile in a non threatening way. Do not smile in a lustful way.

Let her talk about herself and her interests. As rapport develops, compliment her. Be creative. Compliment her hair or the color of her blouse.

Then put yourself out there. "Hey, I just want you to know I really like you." Do not make it that she has to respond to you. Go easy.

Listen. Be a good listener. When she talks, give her all the attention and be interested in what she is saying. DO NOT answer your cellphone if it rings while you are talking to her or if you answer the phone, tell the other person on the other end that you are with someone very special and that you are busy.
