Drip drop Went the rain throughout the day Sitting in our room Wishing the sun would come our way. As night fell and the temperture dropped, It seemed like the rain would never stop. With a sudden change, We saw the snow fall past the lights. So catching snowflakes on tongues, Now has become our delight. I wrote this poem in the winter of 2003-04. You may be familiar with the term "indian summer" but for those who don't know it is that last set of warm days before winter shows up. There has already been a few cold days then we are blessed with a day or so of warmer weather.
The poem above flips this idea to happening in the winter with the cold. Over a week ago we experienced it here in the midwest. We think spring is here for good then we get stuck with some more cold weather...even snow.
Have a great day.

They are using oscilloscopes as they search for electrical patterns and shapes made by the fish. While researching the behavior and electrical readings of these fish found in the banks of the Ivindo River in Gabon, researchers came to the conclusion that the fish are in the early process of splitting into two different species. Despite the research proving they have the same DNA makeup, they believe the process of macro-evolution is happening in these fish.
"We think we are seeing evolution in action." Matt Arnegard, Neurobiologist & Mr. Matt Arnegard has been studying the Gabon electric fish since the 1970s. Why is he so certain that the fish are going through speciation? The fish will only mate with those that produce the same electrical signals as they produce. Cornell researchers say that this is the first step to the speciation of this type of fish. Like those before them, these Darwinian fundamentalists jump from science to a fairy tale. Creationists do not deny that speciation happens it is a scientific fact. The problem is when the Darwinists actually believe that speciation is also proof for macro-evolution. This leap of faith is without any scientific proof. For there to be scientific proof of macro-evolution we should see, at the least, thousands upon thousands of transitions between the different "kinds" or "types" or "taxonomic groups" of animals. The proof just isn't there. Instead when we see that a fish has changed, or in this story "possibly is changing", the only thing the fish have changed into is another fish. To be fair, Matt Arnegard does mention that, "this could be just a polymorphism, like eye color in humans, that violates the fishes' general evolutionary pattern but doesn't give rise to separate species." Mr. Arnegard is to return to Gabon to do more testing. Steven, Editor of GodCreatedThat.com Source URL:

Greetings Everyone, I've been going through my May 2006 copy of PC World magazine. In this issue is an excellent editorial by Harry McCracken on how to handle all the free stuff available on the internet. Especially the freebies that people use to help in their business. One problem that a business owner may encounter is that all this free stuff may not be available in the next few years. What will they do when the freeware they are using vanishes? As a business you count on your tools being there for you to perform your duties. I agree with Mr. McCracken that a business needs a backup plan in case their favorite free product or service runs off the freeway into a toll road or worse it crashes all together. Will your business halt because of their crash? I recommend that if you are going to use a free product or service that you check the company behind that product do they have a rational plan for staying in business? If they don't have a good plan then find a replacement. As Harry McCracken said, "don't use an unproven no-cost service as the primary repository for critical data you can't replace." Just as your customers count on you to be able to support them, make sure you are supported yourself with products and services that will be around. Electronic Yours, Steven, editor of The Marsh Log
