Creating the perfect home bar is an exciting and worthwhile endeavor for any budding home improvement practitioner. Polished wood panels, great metal fixtures and a stunning glass enclosure all come together to highlight a wonderful looking bar area. The bar stool chosen to compliment this bar is an important decision to make.

So what bar stools are the best? The first choice to make is deciding on what amount to spend. Figure out your budget and then go from there. You also have the backless bar stool or a stool with a back to choose from. Should you go with a wooden stool or metal? Let’s look at a few different options.

Wooden bar stools come in a variety of styles. For under one hundred dollars a piece, one cannot go wrong with the beautiful Prestige style stool. This wonderful looking stool stands thirty-two inches high and is sold in sets of two. It is very durable and comes with beige upholstery. It is backless for a more casual style. Very nice for the price.

There is also the Oak View bar stool. This is a higher end type of bar stool and runs around three hundred dollars. This is a gorgeous backed stool with an oak or cherry finish and comes equipped with 360-degree swivel seat. This is a very impressive piece of furniture for any bar.

Another wood is the Maxwell. This traditional styled stool is a nice addition. This is a backless swivel and comes with a black vinyl padded seat. This is a classic stool and comes easy to assemble and has a solid construction. For under one hundred dollars it is a bargain as well.

On to the metal options. The Bristol is the standard backed stool with black styling and chrome legs. This is the contemporized modern stool that is practical for any home décor and can really make your bar amazing.

Into a more classical style? Then check out the incredible Pompei swivel. This has a gold toned metal frame with thirty inches of height and a micro-suede cushioned seat. It swivels all the way around and is inspired by Italian designs. This is another high-end model and costs around two hundred and fifty dollars.

Adjustable stools are trendy and in demand with a lot of collectors and would-be home designers. They give the bar creator options with height and a fun gadget for their guests to work with. Try out the Venus adjustable for comfort and design. This stool has a solid back and beautiful suede covering that comes in a variety of colors. These colors include bear with a black frame, black suede with a silver frame, flame suede with a silver finish and others. This is a versatile stool, giving the owner and guests many options to work with.

When choosing which stools to get for your home bar there are many options. Get one that fits your sense of personal style and one that will make your guests comfortable.
