Hair is the most distinct feature of any human body, and hair loss is generally experienced by each one of us today. For hair loss to occur there is no specific time or reason. Being more specific, it’s the area around temples and at the top of the skull for any male/female, which tends to loose hair known as Pattern baldness. For hair to loss one need not attain to have gained a specific age, it all depends upon the various reasons responsible for it. The basic reason behind hair loss is still unidentified and each one of us has our own notion for it.

Hair loss may be a result of different reasons; it may be because of stress, imbalanced diet, differences in the metabolism rate and many more. The first and foremost step, which is required towards hair loss control, is to have the knowledge about it. Though falling of hair is not a serious disease, however, can prove to be quite embarrassing at times. The latest thinking and research about hair loss is the knowledge about the sex hormone binding globulin or SHBG. It binds the testosterone in the body and controls the amount of the substance floating free in the bloodstream. The moment its level declines, there is more testosterone in the blood, which is likely to get converted into DHT. This formation of DHT is to a great extent responsible for hair loss.

Besides this biological reasons there are many other reasons responsible for the hair loss. Among all tension and stress are the major reasons; most of the times both are confused for each other. What we need to understand is that both tension and stress are two different things; tension may be momentary and may arise out of some immediate problem. However, stress on the other side is the outcome of one’s life style or the daily routine. The imbalance in the life routine and pressures at work make life really stressful. This stress is one major cause for hair loss and if not handled carefully can be a reason of great worry.

The best way to handle the hair loss problem is to take care of it at the very beginning rather than waiting for it to become an area of great concern. It is generally much easier to stop a hair loss and thinning hair than it is to regain the hair that has already been lost. Another aspect, which needs to be taken care of, is the regulation of one’s life routine and a check is demanded in one’s eating habits. We need to understand that the several proteins and vitamins form an essential part of our diet. Nothing can overpower, a balanced diet and the balance in the diet doesn’t only controls hair loss rather it helps in graying of hair. No proper blood circulation is another reason for hair loss, when there is no proper blood circulation then the hair roots don’t get enough nutrients to support the life and strength of your hair in the follicle. The hardest place to get good circulation is at the top of your scalp, as it is the furthest point away from the heart. This area is less stimulated and fails to provide with the correct kind of nutrition. This is one main reason why people are generally bald at the center of the head. One way to improve blood circulation is to oil your hair regularly.

Hair loss can definitely be controlled if proper steps and care is taken. All one needs to do is to be more careful and start taking the correct steps at the correct time.
