I've tried the Holosync Solution, made by Bill Harris and Centerpointe, and I was impressed with it. The system is complex and expensive, to be sure, but there were discernable benefits: serenity, less stress, a more relaxed state of mind, and a boost in personal enthusiasm.
If you haven't heard of Holosync, it is a technological audio system designed to change the wave patterns of the brain. It is said that a person using this technology undergoes a conversion with the brain easily sliding into a mediative state. Stress is reduced, studies have shown, and better quality of life ensues.
But I've recently stumbled on to a new brain wave "system" that I think is worth note. It is called "Quantum Mind Power", created by Morry Zelcovitch. "Quantum Mind Power" uses monaural and isochronic tones that Zelcovitch refers to as "brainwave entrainment".
Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter much. You don't need to understand the machinations of the “Quantum Mind Power" system for it to be beneficial. Zelcovitch has studied with and under some of the leading brainwave experts across the country. If you ever have the chance to hear him speak, his passion is obviously evident. He goes to great lengths to authenticate the scientific background that went into the making of his "Quantum Mind Power" system.
Having tried both systems (Holosync and "Quantum Mind Power"), I can report that Zelcovitch's system delivers all of the benefits of Holosync, taking less time, and costing a little less money.
"Quantum Mind Power" is backed with an 8-week money back guarantee and a full range of support including a forum as well. Zelcovitch participates and answers any questions his consumers may have as they enter his system. The atmosphere is open and convivial, with no question going without answer.
No knock against Holosync here. It is a very good product. Sure. It can be a little costly and time consuming but a worthy product nonetheless. But if you are looking for something that delivers a lot of the same benefits, taking less time and less money, you might want to give the "Quantum Mind Power" system a try.

I haven't tried the Quantum Mind Power system, but I don't think I will. I use Holosync currently and I feel it is imposible to compare the two systems accurately.
It takes time to reap the benefits of meditation, even with the technology that both these programs use.
In any event, if you were to complete the Holosync program first and then start Quantum Mind Power (or vice versa) you could not provide an accurate evaluation of the 2nd program because of the effect of the first one.
If you tried one program for 2 years and then switched, even less chance of an accurate analysis:
Which one gave you the results?
Would the second program have been less effective if the first one hadn't been used?
Did the first program do the ground work in preparing your "untrained" brain before the second one took over when you were stronger, which could have been the same if you had stuck with the first program?
I don't doubt the power of either program, but I am happy with my chosen path and I would recommend that it is not a good idea to switch programs in the middle if you want lasting results. It's the same for life in general. Those who achieve success the most are normally those who make decisions quickly and seldom have doubts or change their minds.
Interesting article.

An interesting point. But how about for one whom have both? Do you see any adverse effect if one switch between QMP and Holosync every now and then? Because I feel bored or seemed to have stayed stuck despite subscribing to an advanced level.

I have been using Holosync & QMP. Both are good and does has an affect on my stress level, my opinion and in many ocassion the decissions I make. I strated with Holosync for 10 months, quit because its too expensive and I did not experience a significant advancement at Level 1. Plus the e-mail assult from Bill Haris support team was untolerable.
So I switched to QMP and 3 weeks later noticed a boost. Perhaps it may have been Holosync's primary entrainment. Then 10 month later I felt the same as I did with Holosync. It seems that the entrainments, which ever they are can only push to a certain level (distance). One you have the "abs" than you dont know what to do next. How can I make a million bucks out this
