Did you know that there are simple exercises to get rid of man boobs and lose chest fat? If you are tired of the embarrassment and frustration that this problem has brought on, then these simple exercise tips could be just what you need.

Exercises to lose man breasts

1. Push Ups

This exercise is by far the most easy to do since it can be done anywhere and at anytime. Don't worry about how many push ups you can do. If you wear out after 5, that's ok. In time you will notice your chest muscles becoming tighter, and that is what you are trying to accomplish.

2. Bench Press

Here is another good exercise to lose man breasts. Start with a weight that you can easily do 6-8 reps with. Then do 2 sets of these 3 times a week, or every other day. You can add more weight as you begin building more strength.

3. Dumbbells

Using dumbbells can be very effective in getting rid of male breasts. Curls are good, as are dumbbell raises. Keep the dumbbell out in front of you and slowly raise it straight up until it becomes chin high. Hold it there for 3 seconds and then lower. You can do 6 reps of these and you will begin to notice big changes in a short amount of time.

These are just a few of the many exercises to get rid of man boobs and lose chest fat. Start with these and add more on as you go. You will begin seeing improvement in no time.

Dr. Mc Mahon; The best way to lose man breasts is simply a change in diet, KFC is a great way to lose man breast because it is high in protein which will help build muscle a lose fat. As far a exercise goes sitting by your computer viewing websites entitled "How to lose Moobs" is an excellent cardio and fat burn activity and will yeild significant results in two to three weeks, however try not to over do it to much as you might provoke an injury, break it with with the odd wank.

If inclined push ups is the way to go, what does that say about push-ups, are normal push ups ok, or do hey need to be somehow inclined?

don't know if you have a response yet mate, but walking uphill or running up sand dunes will do it, builds ass muscle.

Well I'm trying to loose weight in genral. I have no msucle really i way 201. I only have a 10 pound one hand weight thing :/. My freind who is into sport and everything says to work out with a trash bag on (to make me sweat more) so If I do this and work out with the 10 pound weight and do push ups. (I'm startign to walk home from school its aobut a 2-3mile walk takes maybe a hour) Will I loose Weight?

I'm also 15, and I'd say my Moobs are medium size, I've had them since the 6th grade and I'm a Sophmore now so I really am tired of them, I have dumbells, but they're only 5lbs. Will those dumbbells and push-ups help me lose them faster? BTW what are Inclined Pushups, it sounds like something you do on the stairs

This article doesn't offer a whole lot of promise....why the popularity for no spectacular advice? I can only speculate that there are a lot of men out there hoping to find a way to lose their boobs and will never find a way. You don't respond to any of the comments, so I say remove the article.

I have man boobs and just did about 60 girl ppush-ups (knee push-ups). I used to do flat bench press ( about 75 lbs.) - 3 sets, 3 times a week. hopwever, i stopped because something happened to my throat because of strenuous excercise and i had trouble breathing. this is the first workout other than running i did in weeks since that throat thing happened. i hope i dont have breathing trouble tomorrow =( I need some non strenuous excercise to help me get rid of my man bobs, slight double chin, and belly fat.

Swimming and walking. Cut most fats and sugars out of your diet, limit your carbohydrate intake to days following exercise. Eat big breakfasts, medium lunchs and limit your food intake at night to lean meats and veggies. Stop ordering pizza after 6pm.

Terry has written a great article here. What I particularly like is the simplicity of the excercises that can help just about anybody. He does not advocate expensive equipment or joining an expensive gym.

That said, it is difficult to keep going with even the simplest excercise when you are unfit and I would advocate getting a buddy to help you. Another person who wants to get rid of those man boobs and is willing to train with you two or three times a week.

Also if you keep a journal of what you did each day, that can also have good motivational effects if you can look back over a month and see how many times you excercised.

The way to lose 'Moobs" is to exercise at least 3 days a week for an hour each session and eat clean. If you don't know what eating clean is, talk with your doctor. Also, if you don't exercise, make sure you get some good instruction first. Also, it may take 2 years before you see results, depending on your age.

LISTEN: there is no exercise that will spot reduce man boobs or anything else. doing some strength training for your chest is ok but it might increase your chest muscles and make it look like your moobs are bigger :/ Doing strength training of your whole body is good since it will reduce fat everywhere. It is BEST firstly to do aerobic exercise to reduce weight everywhere (like running, swimming...)
