Western world has for many years rationalized and blamed the eastern world to be superstitious. But after years of modern day research many scientists in the eastern as well as western world are now beginning to believe the realities and facts of eastern philosophies and ancient complex works. One of these ancient studies is the study of Feng Shui. Feng Shui (pronounced "fung shway") is the ancient Chinese practice of placement and arrangement of space to achieve harmony with the environment. The literal translation is "wind and water".

Feng shui involves the use of geographical, psychological, philosophical, mathematical, aesthetic, and astrological concepts in relation to space and energy flow. It is not simply a decorating style, but a discipline with guidelines compatible with many different techniques of architectural planning. Proper implementation of the Feng Shui principles can help an individual prosper in many aspects of life, such as health, wealth, business, career, love and relationships and much more.

In order to enhance the wealth arena one must use the most important figures/idols – the Laughing Buddha. Laughing Buddha is the common English name for the Buddhist figure variously known as Budai or Hotei. He is the interpretation of the Bodhisattva Maitreya, the predicted Buddha to succeed Gautama Buddha in the future.

Many believe that displaying the Laughing Buddha on it's laughing form, especially with Gold Ingots or coins is an excellent symbol of wealth and happiness. Others are convinced that he is the representation of happiness and life-fulfillment. There are many forms the Laughing Buddha can appear in. Each form has different connotations. The "Gold Laughing Buddha seated on the giant Gold Ingot" is suggestive of Abundance and Fulfillment. The larger the Ingot, the larger the dream and fulfillment of Abundance.

The Laughing Buddha loves to pick up people's problems and unhappiness and turns them into happiness. The more he succeeds in doing it, the happier he is. Place this special representation of the Laughing Buddha at your work desk to take away your pressure and speed you in your way to achieving your goals!

There are many forms of Laughing Buddha idols available. Laughing Buddha in various different sitting positions as well as different standing positions.
