I agree, I am very skinny and only have a small amount of belly fat that I can't get rid of. I don't see how anyone with even a moderate amount of fat could get a visible six pack in less than 3 months.

its not a workout plan though,  How can it work if it just recommends you to eat well and exercise?  Btw i got a 4 pack just doing sittups for about 15 min a day every day for 2-3 weeks, but i only have 16% body fat, other than that i dont even work out

AMEN thank you so much for spreading the TRUTH.  Also it depends where you are starting from.  Six pack abs equals low BODY FAT PERCENTAGE not just low body fat.  It is about the ratio of muscle to fat and how to achieve it.

This Site is awesome! If your really serious about getting a 6 pack, work out on a treadmill or jump rope for 15min, then do some ab exercises every day.

You will see results in about 20 days trust me! For all the people who say it does't work YOUR JUST LAZY!

Anyone who WANTS to get a six-pack in 30 days and is not obese, can get it. Its just matter of the amount of time you put in over those 30 days and how strict you are to a healthy diet. Intense training for 30 days with a strict diet could have your whole body worked out let alone your abs. Thing is most people don't normally have that time to spend, but I guarantee 2-3 hours a day would have a fully developed six pack. Sadly most people won't put in the effort/claim they don't have enough time due to needing to watch telly. If you put in the effort, you will get the results, simple as.

im gonna try this and hopefully it works, but i did sit-ups for like two weeks straight, everyday, like 200 a day, and it showed results. Why dont you people try that? It works!

6 pack in 30 days? Laughable. Maybe if you became anorexic and did crunches hours a day.

I also disagree with the comment that cardio isn't enough. I used to weigh 250, shed myself down to 160 in 3-4 month's time doing nothing but cardio on a vegitarian diet. You don't need resistance to increase metabolism.
