There are one or two anomalies surrounding cellulite and coffee.

On one hand drinking too much coffee is regarded as a possible cause for the build up of cellulite on your body, on the other hand by rubbing cellulite cream containing coffee may help to break up the cellulite cells and make them dry up and leave your body.

To understand how to remove cellulite from our bodies, we have to understand what it is and what has caused cellulite to become a major problem in the 21st century. The correct medical term for cellulite is “localized lipodystrophy- in simple terms “ misshapen fat" that appears in one or several parts of the body. Usually the hips, buttocks, thighs and breasts. It is interesting to explore the relationship between cellulite and coffee.

Medical researchers claim the poor drainage of the unnecessary and unhealthy fats stored in our bodies, along with a build of chemicals and toxins cause cellulite to form under the skin. Coffee, drunk to excess, will cause a build up off caffeine regarded as an unfriendly chemical.

Despite the fact that drinking too much coffee is a minor contributory factor in the build up of cellulite under the skin; caffeine is also a major tool in the reduction removal of it! Most of the cellulite removal creams contain high levels of the drug.

A popular hands on cure for cellulite is to spread coffee grounds, mixed with olive oils on the problematic zones. Once applied the cellulose stricken zones should be covered in tight plastic wrap for around 20 minutes. Reports have begun to show that by repeating this procedure between two to four times a week can witness a substantial reduction in cellulite build up.

Another alternative is to mix coffee ground very finely with a body lotion and applying to the parts of the skin where cellulite is beginning to raise its ugly head. Again left alone for only minutes but applied daily, this interesting and inexpensive concoction will be a strong ally in the ongoing struggle to overcome cellulose.

Taking the battle against cellulite into the realms of hi-tech, a European manufacturer of ladies lingerie has introduced a range of fashion tights that have been impregnated with caffeine microcapsules. They claim that by wearing these tights, the caffeine gradually is being rubbed into the skin, producing spectacular results.

So the next time you go to the mall, don’t test the coffee for how well it tastes, but for how easy it spreads.

In the battle against cellulite, coffee and the caffeine it contains has proved itself to be more a friend than an enemy. This article can be freely published or distributed with the authors resource box and link intact.
