Marketing is the profession which is a thought provoking process where the marketer should have the knowledge of the market ( Target segment), their culture, traditions, languages, preference , and taste. Lease but not least, the primary concern should be knowing the demands and needs of the cutsomers of the specific segment.This is the primary job which involves marketing plan, procedures as well as directing and coordinating their peers to target the niche segment in order to encash their products or services.It is tedious process in communicating the organisation products / services to the target segment.

Sales is the job where it involves implementing the above said plan to reach the company`s objective of achieving the desired profit in the current year of for sustaining the same for long period over 5 years depends on the organisation size. Dont think that sales job is easier than any other job,but it involves hardwork combined with smart skills to earn the desired point in the mind of their higher official for promotion as such.
