I run on the treadmill everyday and honestly running outside is a much better workout...but if thats not possible due to weather, etc. than the treadmill is good. Also the treadmill is hard on the shins and joints.. Respond to this comment

I think this article was helpfull and motivating. I have been running since jan I have shed a huge portion of fat. My BMI is 21. But I havent really lost weight I weigh 143 but look like I weigh mabe 130. Musle dose weigh more that fat though so. Thanks alot Later Man Angie

This article was very helpful. I used to weight 265lbs and dropped to 130-135lbs in a year and a half. Unfortunately I have gained back 25-30lbs I must get back on the treadmill. This article just made it clear that that is how I did it before.
