You can order a safety key by calling 1-800-633-5730 and give them the model number off of your machine. I did so today and it only cost $19.95. Good luck!

I don't need parts. I just need to lubricate the darn thing (we got it free from a friend, and it works fine, but started SMOKING the other day after a 50-minute workout). How to lubricate and what type of lubricant? Respond to this comment
