As you scour the internet in search of that elusive cure for your anxiety/panic disorder, you’ll come across statements that claim Panic Away doesn’t work.

Is it fact or fiction? The opinion of a dissatisfied customer? Or is it a partial truth?

This might surprise you, given the excellent reputation Panic Away has earned, but in all honesty I must say it appears Panic Away doesn’t work – not for everyone, anyway.

Thousands of people have already seen amazing results with the advice this e-book provides. Then there are some people who have only experienced minimal success. And, of course, there are those who didn’t benefit at all from Panic Away.

There’s a very real reason for this discrepancy.

It’s not because Panic Away is not effective. Like any treatment plan, one method doesn’t fit all. People are at different levels in their disorder and in their recovery. There are variables that determine whether Panic Away will work for them.

Those who have long-term anxiety will take longer to recover. They will require more help than Panic Away provides because their condition has taken on a life of its own.

Some people just aren’t ready mentally and emotionally to take that journey to recovery. They have overpowering fears that overshadow the truth – that they can get well. Until those fears are reduced, it will be difficult for them to commit to the treatment provided in Panic Away because fear will continually interfere.

But there’s another reason why Panic Away doesn’t always work.

It doesn’t provide everything needed to ensure a long-lasting recovery. There are other issues to be addressed as well as the actual fear and panic attacks.

Researchers have already established that people suffering with anxiety feel inferior – just one aspect of low self confidence and self doubt.

If you think about your own attacks, you will notice a distinct self-doubting. Whatever it is you are facing that triggered the attack holds some hidden fear that you have subdued. Now, you only see the fear of anxiety.

Only by building your self-confidence and eliminating your self-doubt can you recover fully. Until then, the chance of a relapse is very real.

While you might get relief in the short term from the techniques in Panic Away, you will still be at risk of another attack until you build your confidence. The next time stress gets the better of you, anxiety will rise up again.

With strong confidence and self-assuredness, you will know (not doubt) your ability to deal with whatever life throws at you.

Panic Away can only do so much. That’s why the package is incomplete. It is missing this important element that will ensure you live anxiety-free for the rest of your life.

Having struggled and recovered from anxiety disorder, I know what it feels like to get those seemingly unfounded fears and the subsequent attack. I know what it’s like to feel at a loss to understand what’s happening. I now recognize exactly what made the attacks return even after my recovery.

By going back and analyzing my attacks, I suddenly saw the truth… that they were founded in my own self-doubt – doubting whether I was capable enough, talented enough, smart enough, strong enough to get through certain parts of my life.

Once I rebuilt my confidence, the self-doubt disappeared along with my anxiety and panic attacks.

For the past 25 years, I’ve lived anxiety and panic free. It wasn’t Panic Away that helped me because I recovered before I discovered it, but I do understand how it works. I also understand what Panic Away needs to make it complete.
