With all due respect in my opinion it seems that proponents of illegal workers amnesty can’t seem to get the facts out as they are. Now understand this is about exploitation and in my opinion the cause of this illegal worker problem, You see there are certain Senators and even news media that continually use in my opinion the incorrect words to describe these people such as “immigrants or undocumented." They are neither and I will try to clarify that herein.

First we can’t forget the root cause of the entire problem is Mexico. Mexico does nothing to help at home or here. They dump it all on us. Let me ask you if during all of these debates have you ever heard any criticism of Mexico? Quite frankly the real reason that these people take the risk to come here illegally is for their own personal gain or agenda. That is the root and simple fact of the matter. Yes, they are starving in Mexico even with many of our manufacturing going south to them and billions in aide and oil money. Does anyone ask where that went or is going? Do we hear it from the church groups or these Senators about this? Rhetorically one wonders why if you are a professed believer. Is there not injustice there and are we to just look the other way?

Rhetorically could it be there is something else to all this. Perhaps possibly it is called cheap labor and increased profits? Is it a bigger picture we are being directed away from by keeping focus on the obvious?

Now certainly we understand their own nation offers them no hope or future. So one must presume because that is true we must forget they broke the law. After all we are good people and so are these and that is evidently the right thing to do, right? Well the Iceman, a notorious Mafia killer loved his family so was he also good, right? Do you not think that other criminals do not love their family yet we do not think of them as good, do we? What about the dope pusher at school? Do you think they may love their family? Well what of the ones they sell the dope to? Do we even conside they may have been hurt for life? Well maybe we do but they still did bad things and broke the law with a major crime. So when they say the only broke a misdemeanor law and while true they omit carefully and avoid as much as possible talking about ID theft. That is a major crime they must commit to survive here. No if' and or but about it that is fact and it is avoided at all costs by our “law makers“.

Then again never mind the fact that we have Americans of all races breaking the law each day right here in America to survive and we hang them . Do they get a free trip to college? Are they not good peole who did bad by circumstance as well? Go to any ghetto or hood and see what I am talking about. Rhetorically could it be that the majority of them are black or other poor Hispanics and nationalities who came here via the legal route and have only manual labor skills if that? Isn’t it ironic these are the very Americans being displaced by many of these illegal workers and it is now striking hard indirectly at the low skilled worker? You know those 25% that never go through high school you know little about. How about those who get the “certificate of attendance"? What is that you say? Well goes to show you where you have been.

However, these illegal workers are automatically grouped and identified as being good. They are as these Senators like to say good honest people. Ok show me how they came to that enlightened opinion when we just reviewed why they are not? Could there be dishonesty, arrogance and selfishness here although I will give them ignorance as well. I will say they love their families and that is a fact.

So if we are to look the other way because they are good people? Why not just do away with immigration and let anyone who can swim, crawl or get here by whatever means come. That is exactly what you are saying. Sorry there is no other way around it. There must be “good" people all over the world who are starving or just want to get out of their country? My relatives could have been here 25 years ago but they are still waiting legally and one is dying and will most likely never make it.

Well sorry; we would like to know how you arrived at that opinion? You need to show us how they are honest and good. You can’t and that is a fact that cannot be disputed. Yes, to work, rent, and certainly buy or get money or credit they must have ID. They must have an address and at least a contact telephone. It could be friend or family but a contact. They must have it to work but is it theirs?

So let me ask you this when these Senators say they live in the dark that is a lie. If the banks and other businesses and yes employers know who they are [via stolen ID] then why don’t the government? In fact some banks even offer them perks for doing business with them. Certainly if you go to any employer and you check their records you will find these people. Yet, as the Senators say, they are undocumented.

However, what about schools, hospital and other social services when they show up to get assistance, is it Hosea or Joe that they give as the name or is it Margarita or Susan? You mean you can’t identify them when you send the food stamps out?

In fact a simple run through the Social Security numbers where there is an address mismatch, lets say an address in Texas and one in Colorado just might turn up enough to be inquisitive? Rhetroically do you think computers could do that? Banks have been reporting to the IRS for years on people who have “secret" accounts and ask thsoe whos ID have been stolen what it is like. Is it a minor crime to them?

Now these same Senators talk about tarnished values. Rhetorically I presume one could ask what values? Certainly when it applies to them one might be of the opinion there aren’t many.

You see the real facts are as mentioned that these people, by breaking the law create a cheap labor pool and even if they do not displace American workers they drive down the pay and benefits of those middle and lower income Americans already struggling. As for values, where is the value in someone who hires them know they are illegal? Give us a break please.

Now here is the real value they are really talking to and about. Notice they talk consistently about the “Global" economy and competing. Who are we competing against? You got it China where labor costs are nil to none. Let me ask you this bluntly, where the hell did the American economy go? Oh sure the haves are raking in the money with offshore work and manufacturing. These are the same one that preaches to us at work just how good they are and then lay you off because you “cost too much“ and while the have-nots numbers are growing.

We are already a third world nation but many Americans do not even understand it. The value my good friend is CHEAP LABOR. That is real dollars to the bottom line and any intelligent businessperson knows this, in fact many a fool as well. Simply put AMERICANS COST TOO MUCH and "thats a fact jack!"

They then talk about terror. What a farce. They let 12 to 20 million literally walk right in. There are open borders on both sides of the nation. If you don’t want to walk come on in by ship. Never mind that they hand out green cards to third world nations in droves where hatred of America is a festering sore and they do not even break a stride but want more. Ask any American who lost a job to cheap green card labor while they got the free education. Jst another fact. In fact I would venture to say the biggest threat is not from these poor exploited people but those educated. Yes, the ones we assist get a free ride, place them in jobs that compromise our security and pay for it all.

Yes, Mr. Senator you can read it anywhere and find the answers but you will continue to ply your wares. You see you all are haves and your thinking is that of haves. In my opinion for any average American to believe they have our interests at heart is beyond comprehension. The only interest these people have is their own ideology and making more money.

Forget humanitarian that is to make you swallow hard for their plight while we are slowly becoming the new poor and because you don’t allow this to pass you somehow are the sinner. That’s right throwing it back on us. Just like when they hung Saddam, they were so kind to place a scarf on his neck so he wouldn't be disfigured. Well the patient died anyway and once dead does it matter? But it is an excellent redirect they all learned well.

So please don’t let them give you what God would do. God, while always espousing love supports and demands we respect the law and those in authority and that applies to the great and as well as the poor.

In my opinion I will agree we have created this problem by allowing these people to continue unchecked and it will continue. But the focus should not be on the exploited of both nations but on the governments and the wealthy who exploit us all. In my opinion that is the real issue and until we stop exploitation we will never stop any problem, including the wars and hatred of our nation. That is the real issue to be solved by all mankind. In my opinion it is the root cause of the worlds ills and it comes to us through wolves dressed up as sheep. And that applies to those of all nations leaders both secular and religious.

If you agree then you must write your legislators, email them, swamp their offices with your mail. There is a just way to end this problem and help these people legally but it entails justice and fair pay for all and especially we Americans.

In 2008 find someone, even one is a start and vote out that incumbent that did not represent you but big business and not America first. Don't vote for the smile, the rhetoric, the lies the book cover. Read the content and find out just what they voted for and if it was good or bad for you. ZIn my opinion these people are master speakers and they can speak you right ourt of your last cent and you would thank them and call them good.

So, send them a message before it is too late for you and yours. A failure to do this will in my opinion cement the end to America, as we knew it and destroy the future for those you love. Then again perhaps you really do not care and are complacent because you have yours? Well remember this, you reap what you sow.

God Bless.
