Losing weight on hips and thighs has always been a dream. And yes, dreams come true! It is usually difficult to lose weight from thighs and hips as compared to abdomen. Though different methods work for different people because of their individual mechanism but there is a more generic solution to it. Here are some valuable tips which can make your thighs and hips slimmer!

1) Two spoons of triphala every night detoxify the body. Ginger water boosts liver function which further helps in fat breakdown. Tulsi water helps in a great way.

2) Exercises simply does it for you. A regular visit to gym and exercising in the right way for right muscles can help you make your body firm and tight. Aerobic exercises is another smart option. Tip: Walking briskly is considered to be the best exercise for losing weight on hips and thighs. Where do you get the triphala? All the ones I've seen come in the form of tablets and not liquid form.

We need to know the exercise that helps to loose weight on hips and thighs. It does not mention anything about exercise techniques/methods.

well you should do like 25 to 50 squats a day.
let me tell you i went four months with no bread. suger or corn and there was a huge difference in my upper part of my body and not a all a change in the thighs, legs and a little bit in the hips.
 
EXERCISE DAILY dont skip days do it daily
be commited to it
i am fourteen so it shows people of any age can do this

yeah this is stupid. i've actually heard walking on the treadmill can make your hips larger because it is developing more muscle

the best thing that i have seen that helps shed pounds and tight the hips and thighs is to wrap a trash bag, the black ones or the ones you use in the kitchen around the area you want, or wear the body suit (target has them). run, or exercise with it. but if u want faster results with that, do lunges!!! start by doing 20 of them a day, then increase it each day by 10, you will be so soar, but thats good because its tightening up the muscles.
