For some, I am aware this is an embarrassing topic. I admit I have some rosey cheeks writing it. But why should we be embarrassed? Exciting our husbands should not be something we are embarrassed about. It should be something that we embrace and strive to do!

And it is something that we can do with just a change of hairstyle. One of my favorite episodes of Friends is when Jennifer Aniston dresses up like Princess Leia-granted Ross and Rachel weren't married, but it got me to thinking. Can a hairstyle send my man into a passionate excitement. After doing some research and talking with my own husband, I was a little surprised to find out what excites men.

So ladies, here are some simple hairdos that can turn your man on in the bedroom. But don't take my word for it. Try them or talk to your man. In our society, it is not uncommon for them to have fantasies about you.

Pigtails

So, this is most likely the simplest hairstyle to do and who would have known it would turn men on? I think it has to do with the Daisy Duke memories growing up. If you are adventurous, you can try the whole country girl outfit out. Be sure to accessorize the pigtails with some cute ribbons or bows.

Princess Leia

As mentioned above, many men have this fantasy. I thought I would mention it here because it can be done two ways. The first is to start out in pigtails then braid the tails. Then wrap them around on each side. You can also pull your hair back in a pony tail, then braid it. The wrap the braid around like a bun on top. Both styles are referred to as the Princess Leia look. Who knew this was so popular with men?

Color Your Hair

Being different can add spice to your bedroom activity. Some men are attracted to the thought of certain colored hair, so why not live out that fantasy? If you are a brunette-go blond. If you are blond-go red. Just be creative!

The Wet Look

I was a little taken aback by this one. Apparently guys like that "I have just come from the beach" look. You can get this look by wetting your hair, adding some leave-in conditioner, gel or mousse will make it last longer. Just let it be free whether it is curly or straight. I think guys sometimes miss the non-blowdried, fixed up, natural beauty that we are when we are not trying to impress anyone.

The Librarian/Teacher

This is the look in which your hair is pulled tight into a bun on top of the head. I think guys like watching you take it down or taking it down themselves. Either that or they have seen way to many heavy metal videos during their teenage years.

Remember these styles are just some basic styles to play with in the bedroom. If they don't appeal to you, then by all means don't do them. It is important to have an open, comfortable relationship. These are just suggestions for some fun.

Asher, I think the art of seduction is a lost art among couples these days. Life gets too busy. Your article gave simple suggestions to ignite his fire with simple hair-dos. IF (and that's a big if), I ever remarry, I have some ideas, thanks to you. I will refer others to this article. Thanks!
