Before we ask the question as to what life means, we must answer the more basic question as to what meaning, in itself, means.
When we say that something means something else, we simply are drawing parallels between the two - one of which we feel we are more familiar with, than the other one.
So, in this case, life is a thing that intrigues us; though we have lived every single moment of it all through our life!
What a pity that we still need asking its meaning, and that too, to ourselves only!
That simply means that we never lived it in its totality.
Not even a single moment of it!
Had we lived life in its totality even once in life, it would have been sufficient to clearly tell us what it really was; without ever needing any synonym for clarifying its meaning as a second-hand concept.
Life is not a concept.
Life is a concrete affair.
Rather it is a love affair!
A love affair with the universe around!
And they say, love is blind.
Any lover will vouch for it.
One, who loves, really goes blind toward what he does not love.
But love for life is not so narrow.
In fact, it is the widest of them all.
The wider it is, the deeper it penetrates into the others; intensifying its love with all.
After all, it is a love affair with the universe around!
It makes us more awake than it turns us blind.
Simply because there is nothing that the lover does not love around her/him!
Singular love turns us blind and hence possessive, but this plural love opens all our horizons in front of us and turns us totally free and absolutely democratic in our attitude; we turn one who loves not one, but who loves all!
Love with life - as life is - enlightens us.
And when one gets enlightened, one turns more playful than the one who very seriously keeps searching about the meaning of life.
For her/him life itself becomes its own meaning as clear as crystal and as intense as love.
Love never questions.
It simply knows.
When one knows, one does not search.
One just plays.
Do we play or do we not play?
With everything around!
The good and the bad, the ugly and the beautiful, all alike!
Every time...every single moment!
When we do so, life turns into a game that a child innocently plays curiously without ever worrying to either win it or lose it.
The win and the lose, both lose their meanings in the game that life becomes when love turns it into a game that takes us nowhere but to the joy of playing it...and then, still more joy of playing it well!
