Working with Jamie for the past 6 weeks has been a life changing experience.

Before I started with Jamie I was frustrated, unmotivated, negative and a regular gym-dropout. Within a couple of weeks I was looking forward to exercising each day and really enjoying the clean and healthy detox diet. Now, at the end of my 6 weeks, I nearly bounce out bed to get to Wimbledon Common, my work colleagues comment on how sparkly and healthy I look and best of all………I have lost 4 kgs!!! Leading up to the last couple of sessions with Jamie I realised how much I will miss working with him and the other girls. 'Extremely hands on 5 hours session. Jamie’s goal is to ensure your technique is honed rather than showing you 100 exercise variations. What you leave with is a great understanding of the benefits of kettlebell training, great technique on10+ foundation exercises, and some serious muscle fatigue! This is not a course for hand-off PT’s, you will learn a lot, have some great tuition and a damn good workout'.
