There was a time in history when a gift was more than just a 'last minute thing', but a reflection of one's self. Music Boxes are the perfect gift for any occasion. Reuge Music Boxes are made in Sorrento, Italy, and are embroidered with the finest wood from the finest trees, from the finest forest, which combine with a swiss-made movement. Music Boxes have been treasured for a very long time, and are the perfect gift to pass on through the generations. Few Americans, know what exactly a music box is. However, lately Music Boxes have been gaining popularity due to their compatibility as gifts. Music Boxes come in all sizes, ranging from very small to very large. Furthermore, each music box is customizable with a certain tune that you can specify.

Famous Artists from around the world dedicate their skilled labor to design and implement certain designs on these gorgeous music boxes. One such artist is Monica Florencia. She grew up in a traditional Italian family. Her father ran a small business in Sorrento of selling wooden musical boxes. Since a young age, Monica Florencia (with the support of her father) has been creating unique and custom inlays for the music box which would appeal to anyone. Today, Monica Florencia serves as an inspiration to many young Italians who aspire to one day becoming artists. Monica Florencia often claims her success as a music box artists is due to her love of beauty and of beautiful things. Monica Florencia has dedicated her life to promoting the music box and its beauty. She has embarked on a journey to [in her words] "share the beauty of mechanical music with the people of the world".

Today, the music box has been true to its heritage. Music boxes are quite popular throughout Europe, and they have recently begun to gain popularity in the United States. It is the work of Monica Florencia that have interested people in the beauty of music boxes.

However, a music box without the music is simply just a box. The movements of a music box are from Saint -Creoux Switzerland. These Swiss movements are world-famous mechanical movements and of a great quality. These movements come in many different sizes. The smallest one in the world is found in the Reuge Pocket Watches, while the largest are the 144 note Cylinder Music Boxes. However, there are many different variations of how a music box plays music. For example, there are disc music boxes, with interchangable discs. These music box's are relatively new and are becoming very popular due to their simplicity and the wide assortment of tunes available.
