Yes, it is going to be a little "brainy" today...but it may well be the key to realizing your wildest dreams.

So, listen!

As I was watching "What The Bleep Do We Know: Down The Rabbit Hole," yesterday night (it is a detailed, expanded version of the first movie-- What The Bleep Do We Know-- explaining all the science behind the law of attraction) I realized how important to the creation process our frontal lobe is.

The frontal lobe (part of the brain located in the forehead) is responsible for our making decision, our intentions, our focus of attention, the observer's view point--non-judgment, free will, and a sense of interconnection.

Do these words sound familiar to you? Intention, decision, non-judgment, ...
Haven't you heard them time and time again each time you read about the law of attraction and creating your reality?

What if creating our reality was happening in the frontal lobe?

What if we could develop our ability to use the frontal lobe and therefore become creators of our reality at will?

Imagine the infinite possibilities...

According to scientists, our frontal lobe is huge. We have an unlimited potential that we have not tapped in yet.
Realize that we use only about 5% of our brain!

What if the key to become a creator of our lives resides in the forehead?

Well, the amount of frontal lobe is what distinguishes us from our best companions,-- dogs.

Can using a little bit more of our frontal lobe make us deliberate creators of our lives instead of automatic re-creators of what is?

...to understand the difference between what we are doing now, and what we could be doing if we used our full brain...

See!

We live now mainly in the center of our brain--the limbic brain, the emotional brain. Emotions are small proteins--neuro-peptides produced in the hypothalamus (limbic brain) and sent into the bloodstream to all dock unto the cells of our body.

Cells develop receptors that match the amount of "emotion" coming in on a regular basis. So, in fact, we end up developing an addiction to these particles of emotions. Exactly like any other drug. So, our cells get addicted to feeling bad, to feeling a victim, to feeling powerless, or powerful, etc...

And we live by habit. Everyday our cells ask for their dose of emotion, and therefore the brain finds memories and thoughts that will produce these emotions.

We are recreating all the time the same old same old...

We feel we have no control over our emotions and our lives because the body is actually addicted to them.

But we can change that.

We can interrupt our thought patterns that produce emotions!

How do you do that? By using our frontal lobe and observing our situation instead of reacting and creating emotions.

Imagine sitting in the middle of a battle field, and moving away from it and observing it from far away. This is what using your frontal lobe will do. You will feel more peaceful, more neutral, as an observer of it. And most of all you will have the choice to focus your attention on something else instead. Something that you prefer--thus creating a new life for you.

So if it is so empowering, and it feels better, why don't we do it automatically?

This is a good question.

Well, there is apart of us -the ego- that likes to believe in our uniqueness and separateness (remember the frontal lobe is all about connectedness, oneness).

We have been trained and conditioned to believe in our separateness. It feels somehow what reality is all about--using our deceptive senses.

So, then how do some people end up making the shift to the frontal lobe?

Up to now, I have noticed, it is often when someone experiences a lot of pain and feels completely cornered that, if they are lucky, their inner wisdom will guide them to shift into the frontal lobe and see life from another perspective. I have experienced this myself--see this story in my up coming e-book.

But, why wait till you are reach bottom to begin using your full brain?

I believe we can easily train our brain to use more of the frontal lobe at will.

We can develop our ability to decide, create, intent, feel at peace, become an observer--without judgment, have intuition, connect with the field, easily with well designed brain exercises.

Remember, if we don't, the law of attraction works with attention: so either we put our attention on
our negative emotions, and we create more of the situations that produce these emotions,

Or we learn to develop our will and focus our attention on what we want till it appears.

So how do I train my brain? you may be asking.

Good question.

Here is an exercise designed just for this.

I do every day--you can do it everywhere. I do it when I walk my dog. It will give you the benefit of meditation and train your frontal lobe.

It feels so good that you will want to do it everyday...

Attention: we are entering a domain that is very subtle. I am not talking loud Rock and Roll, here. I am talking whispering sounds. It is about impressions that almost unnoticeable at first.

Your habitual brain will look for big loud noises and dismiss the subtle impressions. But, its OK. Keep listening...quiet your mind. You will begin to perceive the beautiful melodies of the frontal lobe.

Exercise: Chose an object, any object. Observe it and let go of every label you are putting on it.

For example, as soon as you chose "a pen" you will automatically have labeled it "pen" already.

So, make a conscious effort to let go of the label (habitual brain) and observe this object from a point of view that doesn't know, a child, someone who is curious, someone who has never seen that before. slowly you will feel the labels fall away and just feel present with this object.

Then after several seconds/minutes when you feel that you have been able to "just be" with that object, move on to another one.

As you get used to this exercise you may even feel connected to the object, you may feel one with it, feel that you are this object.

The more focused you are, the more intense the experience will be.

There is suddenly nothing else between you and it. You are one, the field.

This is an experience that will give you a direct experience of "The Field". (The Field: The intelligent field of energy that is at the source and connecting of that exist.

Relax. Everyone can do it--as long as you have a forehead :)

You may need to repeat a few times before you begin to easily peal the labels away. It is like riding a bicycle. it is new and may seems weird at first. Keep at it. Do it for 10 minutes a day and you will soon find it easy. You will feel the benefit of it: you will feel peaceful and centered, perhaps like never before.

From this view point you are much more powerful and able to create your reality (science has even proven that this is the place where our self contacts directly the field of infinite possibilities!) Use this peaceful moment to
decide what you want and visualize it as already done.

This is one of the most powerful technique you can ever learn to become creator
of your reality.

Remember the third step of creation is non-judgment, letting go, acceptance, and the way to get there is to experience life from your frontal lobe.

So, train your brain to experience life from the frontal lobe!

Adios working like a dog to create your reality!
