Letting Go of Your EGO – the Secrets to Meditation and Manifesting. - Part Three

As you begin to spend more time and energy on Manifesting and less time and energy on doing or forcing things into place, the more you will begin to align yourself with your desires. One of the most powerful things you can do to speed up the process is express your gratitude for what you already have and who you already are. You see, everything you need is within you already. Looking outside of yourself for your fulfillment is a complete waste of time. It's not out there. It's in here I'm going to let you in on a little secret. It's the secret to everything, and your EGO does not want you to know this. Here it is, choose to be happy right now. Yep, it's that simple. I know you are probably saying "That's just too easy". But the fact remains, if you are not happy today, right now, nothing you bring into your life will bring lasting happiness. People, money and things may provide some temporary fulfillment, but it won't last. "More" is the mantra of the Ego. Your EGO will be looking for another fix right away. The luster of the new thing will wear off and you will once again be chasing the next ‘want' to fill you up. Things are fine, but they do not complete you or make you whole. They also do not make you happy, at least, not for very long.

Next you have to practice allowing. Most people would comment here that they are allowing what they want into their experience. You are asking for it, you are wanting it, and you are waiting for it to show up. So where's my stuff? You may be spending more time noticing the lack of what you want or the wanting itself than you realize. Pay attention to what you are accepting into your life. For instance, when someone gives you a compliment, do you simply say ‘Thanks' and appreciate the compliment? Or do you let your EGO answer with ‘Oh, this old thing?' or ‘I'm not really that good at…'

For the next week or so, practice accepting compliments and other gifts without conditions. On the flip side of that, try giving compliments, gifts and love unconditionally. Don't attach any requirement to giving, no need for receiving, no outcome at all. Just take joy in the act itself. You'll be amazed at how profound this simple process is. Now your meditations can be most effective as you have learned to let go of your EGO.

Finally you are ready to begin the Manifestation Meditation, also known as the Ah Meditation. During this meditation you will be using the sound "Ah" to create the connection to source energy. This sound is the sound commonly found in the various names of God, including Buddha, Ra, Krishna , Allah, etc. It also sets up a vibration in your body that is like a tuning fork, and the tune is Creation or Manifestation.

You may do this meditation either with or without some relaxing music in the background. Go to your special meditation place, start the music if you wish, get comfortable and take a few deep breaths. Now inhale deeply and let out a long Ahhhhhhh. Imagine a channel going from your First (Root) Chakra (the Chakra of creation) to your Sixth (Third Eye) Chakra (the Chakra of connection and intuition). Again, take in a deep breath and repeat the Ahhhhhhh sound. Continue this process over and over. Feel your body begin to vibrate and connect with your source. While you continue the Ah meditation, consider what it is you wish to manifest. Now imagine the energy of your desire going from your Root Chakra through the open channel then going out through the Third Eye and connecting with source energy.

While continuing the Ah meditation, focus on feeling what it would be like to have what you are trying to manifest. Feel the direct connection between you and source energy. After about 10 minutes, just let go of your desire and release it to the Universe. Spend about 20 minutes or so in total in your meditation. I promise you will feel absolutely marvelous when you finish!

Make this process your daily practice and watch your life change. If you get off track, don't worry, just pick up where you left off. Every meditation is a good one. I wish you love, contentment and the fulfillment of your dreams.
