I don't know about you but I'm tired of in my opinion ineffective legislators, Congress, the President and in general leadership at all levels that frankly serves only their own interests.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of when you call them on that ineffective leadership they get defensive. Could it be the truth hit home?

Yes, I dont' know about you but I'm tired of spending billions on war and death and creating new free market growth and spit for health care, jobs and other things for our nation and people could use.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of watching our young fight and die for people who hate us.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of giving foreign aide to people who hate us and our way of life but long to come here.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of being told I can't have Christmas when it is one of the founding holidays of our nation. Let them go home to celebrate theirs because their God knows they don't allow people to celebrate Christmas in many of their own countries.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of these so called Christian leaders telling us we can't speak of God in school. While I agree we don't need to evangelize it is how you read our Constitution and Bill of Rights! They say they are Christains  in my opinion, yea, right!

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of the laws being broken and oaths being ignored.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of our leaders calling illegal workers who broke our law immigrants.
Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of they saying they are doing something out of one side of their mouth and ignoring it on the other.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of those same ones who assist them in breaking the law and commit sin as well.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of supposedly Customer Service that isn't Customer Service but a charade and is mostly serviced off shore.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of trying to have a conversation with someone off shore who has zero comprehension skills.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of green card recipients getting education, grants and all kinds of assistance to make it here when we, our children and real Americans can't get spit, NADA, zero, nothing and they get the really good jobs and we are told we aren't educated or capable enough.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of lead and poison on our toys.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of trade deals that give away our jobs and future.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of these Free Market thinkers and their ideology, which in my opinion paces Markets ahead of nations.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of moving our manufacturing offshore, establishing a base that enriches foreigners who then turn around and sell the products that we used to make back to Americans.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of the big car makers, Computer Companies and other large Internatinonal companies who own these foreign businesses, giving them our tools and capabilities to produce and sell in their nation but to also compete and sell back to us.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of the multitude of Americans who can't see the trees for the forest or have theirs and don't give a damn.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of Ethical Relativity, Political Correctness, The Theory of Selective Application and all the other crap that has engulfed in my opinion this nation.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of so called news reporting papers and shows that in my opinion are biased, accomplish nothing and support the polictical or ideology of their choice.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of those who claim and profess to be followers of Christ but do everything the opposite in thought, word and deed.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of these religions who deal death, destruction, mayhem,  pain and suffering on their own and others and all in the name of the God of Love.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of excessive profits on Home Insurance, credit cards, oil, and the morality of these greed mongers and purveyors of exploitation and cheap labor.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of them saying jobs for all who want them, full employment, statistics show, when many and I do mean many aren't working, can't find work and the jobs they do find do not pay a living wage, provide benefits and not even a full week. How do they look in the mirror?

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of people being told they need to be retooled but there is never any money to help and you are unemployed while our government and President says there is all kind of money. Rhetorically, I guess it isn't for born here Americans?

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of At Will employment that protects the businessman and screws the worker.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of supposed government agencies that in my opinion only consume tax dollars and are hollow non-effective shells [big Easter Bunnies] that actually persecute Americans in need yet readily hand out dollars to illegal workers.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of having to put up with it all and them.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of people flocking to see politicians at rallies, shaking their hands and saying they are voting for this one or that one.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of people actually having a debate on what these people are saying and why they like them for President.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of car sales persons who sold you a car just a few years ago and then tells you when you go to trade it in you paid to much, you're upside down and your car is worth spit.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of bill collectors who in my opinion are the crudest, scum of this earth, period and those so called Christian politicians who crippled bankruptcy protection in the name of fiscal responsibility for average peole but look a the other way concerning excessive profits and greed.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of
utilities that would shut off service to homes with small children and the elderly for being a month behind.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of religious of any denomination whose only thought is their parish, or group or whatever, wearing Rolex watches, Robes, jewelry and sitting in high places telling people what they should do while they do the opposite.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of them not speaking out and taking action in truth and not just for their specific agenda or personal beliefs or ethnic group but that of all men.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of quite a bit and I could go on but for the sake of ending, I'm just tired. It would be better to add sick and tired, disgusted, depressed or whatever else you want to throw in the mix. When one sits back and really looks you truly see the sinful and pitiful nature of mankind and it is pitiful you are overwhelmed by it all.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of having no trust in many people and that our leaders at all levels need to be given the boot, period.

Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired of people who profess, over 80%, that they do not like how are leadership is running the nation, where we are heading and a host of other issues, but these same people could turn around and consider voting for any of them? It says it all to the state of people and humanity, ha!

So I end with this Yes, I don't know about you but I'm tired!

So it all gets down to individual choice, cause and effect, action reaction whatever you call it, do nothing get nothing it is as simple as that! You like it you got it!

Interesting article, Robert. I do understand.

The best way, I have found to NOT be tired is to not be a part of it. Take the chain off your neck. As believers in Christ Jesus our only obligation is to Him first and then to treat our neighbors with love and respect, which happens only after we give up being tired and begin to rely on God for our life. All of the other stuff you mention is not what Jesus is all about. Religion and politics keep people from humbling themselves to Christ for their life. That's why believers are called to separate themselves from the world. My vote is for Jesus! None of that other stuff really matters.

What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said:"I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people. Therefore come out form them and be separate. (2 Corinthians 6:15-17 NIV)

In Christ,

Yes, Angie, how does one respond to your simple suggestion to take the chain off? As one sees the signs and symbols all about and comes to realize how deeply a seeker of a relationship with God must be to draw close to Him you have to grow tired of the world and all that is in it. In fact as the Word states, you come to HATE the world and all that is in it. Quite a hard word, hate. So my sadness is in the things I write about. That while many profess to believe they in my opinion truly have no concept of what it means to hate this world and all that is in it. AND it is this world which we all create that truly tires us and wears us down. So even though we separate ourselves as spiritual beings in the spirit, we can never forget we are "in this world" and subject to all that it can do to people and as you say we can change it as believers once we recognize it, through love. That is the root meaning of the article. God bless. RTM

Robert...i'm tired too! On the other hand i'm a firm believer that what goes around, comes around and its becoming very evident now. The huge profits by credit card companies and banks from the "not so rich" customers is turning around to bite them. Many are faulting on payments in this bad economy and its bound to begin to hurt them in the long run. Reposessions and foreclosures are at an all time high. Who was the Einstine that thought up the idea to charge poorer people high interest rates? What a great principle. The politicians won't help us relieve gas and oil price gouging, thats where their investments are, and Robert, do you think they want to pay $10.00 an hour to have their estates mowed or $5.00 to have it done by an illegal. I beleive that any politician having any self-serving, profit generating interests in anything that does not promote AMERICAN prosperity should be arrested, tried and SEVERLY PUNISHED. I hope that one day it will come to that without violence in our country but i fear it wont. Many of us are sick and tired and one day, the patriots of this country ARE going to unite and politicians beware that a day of reaconing will be had where they will have to answer for their greed and abuse of power. You are an American patriot and would make a great statesman Keep writing!

My sincere thanks for your kind comments. We do not have many options to effect change and we certainly cannot apporve of armed rebellion. Howevr, we must spread the word. We must gather everyone we can and get the message out to VOTE OUT every single incumbent at every single level of our Government starting locally, state wide and nationally. The corruption starts at the very bottom where they learn the ropes. Now we may not get a better replacement but we just might? However, and this is the key, we send a message that will reverberate throughout that do not serve America and the American peole and you are gone. The answer is not in the 40% who can't tell their front from their back the answer is in the rest of us 60% who can effect change. As for me I would love to be in office and take command. But one person does not, nor cannot effect change because their ideology has been imbedded into the very fiber of the power base and business in this nation. It will take a long time but we must begin NOW. We are in a world of hurt and they can make it worse. My sincere best wishes for you and yours. Thank you. RTM

Well, Robert, as I read this article I am with you because I too am tired... very tired. It amazes me how often I speak to people who tell me, "oh, things haven't been better in our country!" and I wonder to myself, "are you crazy? are you paying attention?" As I've always said too many are "sleepwalking" therefore each change appears to be ever so subtle; but it isn't. I am not sure if thanking you for this article is appropriate because I do agree with you yet it has angered me at the same time. But, may I say, Robert... you're the best!

Judi, you made such a key point about those who made those comments to you. One really has to put it into perspective. A] their economic status, b] their ideology c] their character d] we cannpt judge by the cover. Certainly there are many [those who have and are not impacted[] who feel that way and in their case perhaps rightly so. Yet, and that yet is so huge it escapes many, they have no real idea of what is happening all about them until it bites them and in my opinion that is very close to happening. So it remains with us who are sensitive to our fellow human beings, who are true believers and practice such to make the changes, who suffer along with others and hold our nations values and our beliefs first to take charge. I and my family and at all levels. Unless there is a viable third party the Democrats will win the presidency. It is our job to make sure we have enough decent people and real Americans holding our perspectives. Finally, I always appreciate your kind comments and I certainly feel the very same about you. Howevr, I think our ability to cut through the smog and see thingsa s they reallya re in truth that sets us apart. Therefore we will nevr be able to understand those who "are of this world".
