The nervous system can be directly accessed and corrected, in respect to hidden emotional energy imbalances in your mind/body. There are means of communicating with the unconscious. At the heart of the matter is fact that the mind and body work in harmony and by tuning into the body at specific points, the workings of the unconscious mind can be contacted.

Then, with precise techniques, the emotional blocks are readjusted and the emotional energy is free to flow. Conscious thinking gets in the way of any intervention by choosing the emotions and experiences that it wants to access from the unconscious.

Consequently, it is necessary to get beyond these conscious processes. Once beyond that, the unconscious will be more open to intervention. Therefore, the most effective method for getting through and beyond the conscious thinking processes will affect you in the most positive way causing a transformation.

I believe that people are not broken or damaged. You do not need fixing. I feel that you have the resources that you need in order to change. It is simply a matter of taking those feelings, attitudes, beliefs, and emotions that are stopping you, and reversing your response to them. It alleviates you so that you can deeply feel the opposite of that which has been holding you back.

Physical and mental health are related to positive beliefs, whereas dis-ease, both physical and mental, is related to negative patterns and hooked into self-talk about resentment, jealousy, hostility, self-pity, fear, anxiety, and more. Chronic engagement with these unconscious or semi-conscious beliefs results in ill health and a gross weakening of one's personal power.

For those of us who are drawn to the idea of self-help and self empowerment, there is a mind-bogglingly easy way to learn a system that literally helps you tap into your personal power and healthy dreams and choices. I can tell you for sure, that it has saved me from many bad days. It may help you too.

Why have a bad day if you can get out of your "funk" in 3 minutes? Dr. Alan Beardall, the Clinical Kinesiolgy hero, saw our body as a computer that can be rebooted, de-installed, re-installed, and restarted. 

Brad Yates has taken this concept into the realm of self-help and self empowerment. He calls it  "Money Beyond Belief" and it is about a lot more than money.

All you can do in this life is be who you are, without shame, without self-criticism, without apologies, and with integrity. I wish that for every single person. I believe in you, and I know you do too. Maybe Brad can help you get rid of bad days and moments, by connecting to the real you. Cheers.
