It's the time of year when spirits are being lifted
Not only in the young, but the old are also uplifted

The time for carols, gifts, and greetings galore
To remember the birth of the child Christ whom
We all worship and adore

What make's this season such a miraculous occasion?
A child's birth would lead the world to find a true salvation

The season brings a preview of his kingdom to come
For all of life's hardships - on this day we shall overcome

His message was clear for all to hear, - so please lend an ear
For we are on the verge of beginning - a whole new year

He spoke of PEACE and LOVE - and a world united
On this day children become extremely excited

Peace on earth good will to men - this was the message he delivered
A message that touches the soul and leaves the heart shivered

So for a short time we live the season of giving of ourselves
To some is all make believe, a biblical myth,
But to some it's for real, for all year round we -
Are all - his special little elves

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
