L-Arginine

What is L-Arginine?
Arginine is one of the 20 amino acids that can be found in protein. Arginine exists in two categories which is D-Arginine and L-Arginine. L-Arginine is the most compatible with human body. L-Arginine is an essential amino acid. Essential amino acid means our body can’t produce and it must be consumed from external sources. This is the reason of high arginine contents in infant’s food. It helps infant’s growth. L-Arginine is a substance that creates nitric oxide gas (a poisonous red-brown gas). Nitric oxide has numerous benefits to deliver to our body. One of the main functions is to build muscle.
