So you may have been thinking to yourself recently, How can I learn fluent Spanish Fast? Well I'm sure you know by now that learning a language can be one of the hardest things you may ever do. People have a tendency to approach it with the same fear of getting in the water with sharks. And why shouldn't people have this fear? Learning a language is no small feat, not by a long shot. In fact, when you ask someone to list the five hardest things to do in this world, they will almost always list learning a language. Spanish is widely held to be a difficult language to learn, but then again, all languages are difficult to learn at first. The majority of people that try to learn Spanish will more than likely not succeeded. This is usually because they get discouraged, and start thinking that they will never be able to master it. This is the worst thing in the world for people to start thinking. You need to have faith in yourself to succeed here; besides, the problem is more than likely not what you think. The Problem isn't you, its not your short comings that are making you fail, and its your tools and method. You would be surprised how many people blame themselves and begin thinking they are incapable of learning Spanish. Never start to think this! Anyone can learn Spanish, all it takes is a little determination, and the right tools for the job of teaching you.
You have several ways of learning Spanish that are considered the norm. There are the standard text books to read where you constantly memorize different vocabulary and do writing exercises. These text books can be costly, and lets face it, a text book can only go so far. It can't interact with you, can't speak to you, its just a book. You won't get any experience speaking the language. There is the usual flash card route where you spend all of your time memorizing vocabulary and have similar results, albeit much cheaper. You can also get a very in-depth learning experience from a Spanish class. This method is great, but has numerous downsides such as cost, time and the frustration dealing with people you may not click with.
The most important thing for you to understand is that learning a language requires a serious investment of yourself. If you want to learn fluent Spanish fast, be prepared to get back what you put in. If you put the work in, then you will reap the rewards and accomplish your goals. If not, then you need to take a step back and get focused. All it takes is some dedication.
