Ninety percent of feet trouble is due to those fashionable, trendy shoes you just had to have. If the shoe is too small, too narrow, too pointed or sometimes too tall, your feet are going to cause you problems. Having a shoe that is not wide enough will cause you corns and bunions to build to up as your feet's defense against the pressure. Having heels over two inches high upsets the shock-absorbing function of the arch, which in turn can cause you headaches and backaches.

Which in turn affects the function of your leg muscles and your posture. Ever watched another woman walk and you can see just how much her body is affected by those stylist shoes she is wearing.

What can you do to give your feet relief?

There are a few things you can do to relieve your aching feet. If your job has you needing to wear heels everyday, alternate the height of your heels through out the day. If you can not change your shoes during the day, then don't wear the same height of heels everyday. That just means don't wear the same shoe day after day. Avoid wearing shoes that have no support, wear your sandals during the warm weather, all these give your feet a well needed break.

When you go to buy new shoes you need to make sure they truly fit, if they are tight it's a good chance that isn't going to change. Only real leather shoes may change their size but only a little bit, and it's to form to your foot. Real leather shoes will have a little give but when buying real leather shoes there needs to be a good pinch of leather between the outer and inner shoe across the ball of the foot. That is usually the widest part of your foot. Everyone knows that true real leather shoes will form to your foot and that also means that if your rich sister gives you her leather shoes it's a good chance they will never really fit just right.

Also the best time to buy shoes in never in the morning, your feet are their smallest then. Buying shoes in the afternoon is the best time, because you have been up on them all day they will be their true size. When you buy shoes you will find that there are different sizes meaning per designer. If you fit a 7 in one style but a 8 in a different style it's just the designer not knowing their sizes not you.

Treat your feet with a little more respect and they will keep carrying you will little complaint, if you don't there will be murder to pay by the end of the day.
