Well, I made the most amazing discovery today and it was quite by accident really. My wife noticed a stream of ants coming from downstairs up and into the shower area. We're not that fond of chemical sprays especially in the house so I thought I'd try something different.
One of the products that we came across a few months ago as an add-on to one of our websites was this clove mist spray that we use for everything from a closet spray to a remarkable facial mister, Oh ,,,and her favorite....bathroom air freshener.
Well anyways, I'd read were clove mist was good for repelling certain insects too, so what the heck, I got out the bottle (from my bathroom) and with a couple of little mist sprays they immediately got the message and were gone.
Not being one to celebrate too early, I waited for about two hours and lo and behold not an ant to be found.
