I've always been under the impression that the booking last minute travel deals to gain extra discounts was a thing of the past with most tour operators offering bigger discounts to early birds so to speak. I have noticed over the last 12 months or so that I've picked up some real bargains booking at the last minute especially for midweek or weekend mini-breaks. Respond to this comment
