The pain that you feel when you go through a break up is tough. If a guy ever said that he was completely fine after a break up is lying. We are all human and we all feel pain. Think about the things that she said that you need to work on. Do you not listen when she talks? Are you not romantic? Are you always putting yourself ahead of her? You need to really sit down and think about these things. And not only think about them, but fix them.
The second thing you have to do is keep keeping on. You need to make sure that you get on with the business of living. Get on with your life. Do not let yourself slip into any sort of depression or prolonged sadness. Don't get me wrong it is okay to feel bad or sad, but letting it affect other things is a whole other story. Missing work and school because of this sort of stuff is not good. And besides, once she sees you are getting on with your life she will see you in a whole different light.
The last thing you need to do is give her space. All women want sometimes is some time to think. It may be a few days or a few weeks. Regardless, you need to accept and respect that.
Once you have done these things, you can start on with trying to win back your ex girlfriend. It is not easy, but it is possible. Stick to these tips and just respect her wishes.
