Spring and summertime bring lots of colour and it is full of flower and vegetable gardens. Everyone wants to have beautiful great looking flowers, gardens and delicious vegetables growing in their gardens and around their homes. This takes time to cultivate and alot of water to keep them growing to their optimum the way we would like to see them. All those flower shows and vegetable shows to get first prize requires dedication, commitment and water.

Watering lawns and gardens is something that we could and should all think about. We could improve the way we water lawns. We in a way waste drinking tap water or water by watering the flowers and vegetables. There is a time in summer when we are watering our lawns excessively. We depend on nature to help our plants grow but when there is not enough rain we supplement the water to the plants by tap water so they do not dry out without water and die. www.waterwise.com

The best time of the day to water plants outside the house, farm or building in gardens is before the sun gets too hot and when the sun sets at night. So we should water plants and vegetables outside first thing in the morning or last thing at night. This is good for the garden and conserving water. This ensures that the flowers do not burn and wilt and die this is what can happen if we water them in the hot sun. The water will be able to soak into the ground and get to the roots if we water in the morning and after the sun sets at night. This will help them grow. www.rainwatertanksonline.com

Keeping your gardens looking the best and getting the best from the plants is possible and you can do this by being water friendly too. The water that you need through the summer can be collected in rainwater collecting tanks. These connect directly to your down pipe. The rain water run off from your roof goes directly into this tank and collects there until you need it. You can access the water through a tap at the bottom of the tank and even attach a hose pipe to the tank tap. You get a reduce water bill too for attaching the rainwater tank. If you have a water meter you will notice the difference immediately. If you pay by bill most water boards do reduce your water bill if you attach a rain water collector tank and let then know, we can help you with that.

These rainwater tanks last for 30 years and not only do they help you conserve expensive tap water but they reduce your water consumption and water bill.

The rain water tank is of exceptional durability. The water storage tank or rainwater collector is made from excellent quality material at my website. www.rainwatertanksonline.com

Water bills are going up and soon you will be billed on the number of bedrooms or bathrooms in your flat or house. So even a person living in a flat could have a really high water bill due to having two bedrooms and two showers. Reduce you water bills before they get too high. We can deliver to your door. Collect free rain water all year round, save gallons of water in the tanks and then use all summer for all outdoor uses like, watering the lawn, flowers, filling the swimming pool and much more.......

We have to remind ourselves the best way to use our resources and it all will help in the end for both the garden and for the environment and our water supply. Go to www.rainwatertanksonline.com to learn more or email us for more water conservation tips at conservation@rainwatertanksonline.com
