Yes you read correctly, if you want to get her back then ignore your ex girlfriend.I know this sounds like the exact thing that you think will make things worse, but in actuality it is the one thing that will make things so much better.Think about this for a bit, if you have been calling and bugging her trying to get back together then think about how that has worked out.My guess is that it has made her annoyed and irritated and most likely has made her ask you to leave her alone.This is just the very reason why you need to ignore her.
One of the reasons why ignoring her will bring her back to you is that it will give her the space that she needs to clear her head and think.She will have some "alone" time to actually get a chance to miss you.If you are always around she will never get a chance to miss you and see that she wants to get back together with you.Let her breath and see that it is truly you that she wants to be with.
Another reason why ignoring her is a good thing is the fact that it gives you a chance to move on with your life.You can start to move forward and do the things you need to do to improve yourself, improve your situation and just improve everything about yourself.Once you have made these positive changes and she starts to see that she will start to see you in a different light.
The last reason why ignoring her is a good thing is the very fact that women hate to be ignored.In the case of getting her back, giving some space is ultimately what is needed, but outright ignoring a girl will have her chasing you faster than a kid after an ice cream truck.If you have dated for any amount of time then you will know that women like to talk and if you are not there to listen they ultimately begin to miss you.
If you want to get her back then ignore her.I hope that you can see why steering clear of your ex is a good idea.Once you give her some room and some time you will start to see things become clearer.Ignore your ex girlfriend if you want to get her back and you will see that things will work out in your favor.

i think this is in the same boat as reverse psychology if you are always on her and she wants to break up and you suddenly disappear off the face of the earth then you have twisted her head . LOL Respond to this comment

I'm still amazed by how well ignoring a woman works! The best piece of advice I will add to this, is never try to understand a woman. That's where some blokes go wrong, so DON'T DO IT!

It's perfectly true. I would like to add that Jonesey is right to, there's a way of understanding, but no woman wants you to understand her every thought no matter how much she tells you she does.
