With the Presidential election still along ways off, the Democratic party is starting to get seriously bogged down now that both candidates are being forced to actually speak to the public using more than just their basic campaign slogans. Both Clinton and Obama appear to be fulfilling the age old maxim of, "Give them enough rope ( in this case time ) and they will hang themselves."

The toll of having to talk to the American people on a daily basis is wearing hard on Hillary Clinton, the character fatigue she suffers from is rearing it's ugly little head in the all to familiar form of Clinton lies. America is a forgiving nation but to forgive is one thing, to deny the truth is a foolish and dangerous practice. Think whatever you will of her husband there's no denying he too is a liar.

Hillary's latest verbal gaffe, where she described being under fire by enemy snipers is just another example of, story not good enough, make it up. Her supporters run it off as nothing to make hay about, an understandable slip of the tongue, but I've got to tell you, you don't ever forget being shot at and equally impressive is not being shot at.

As if to assume the American public is so ignorant to what matters in a persons character, Hillary Dangerfield ( sorry Rodney) takes her act onto late night comedy television to joke about it. Her way of saying,"Oh hell, you caught me, let's all yuck it up and move on."

Brother Obama is actually having a harder time than Hillary on this long drawn out campaign trail, Once he got past being able to rely on "Hope" and "Change" he's had to explain just about every remark he, his wife, his pastors, his delegates, his parents, and some of his supporters have made. His major obstacle may turn out to be finding script writers that can come up with new ways to say, " What I meant to say was."

His latest oral blunder came not while he was handsomely prepared and finely polished in front of a staged audience of Obama-maniacs, no this one occurred while speaking to a group of leftist elitists in San Francisco, the universal hub of anything goes. He un-eloquently described small town Americans as bitter people that turn to God and guns in their frustration. Might not have been a good idea to compare middle America to Islamic terrorists, isn't that their thing.

This may all play out to the Democrats advantage for awhile by distracting all the attention away from their quest to turn America into a socialist society where the new age slogan will be, "Ask NOT what you can do for your country but ask what your country can do for YOU."

With months to go before the Democratic convention many leftist leaders are suggesting Hillary "tap-out" now before more harm is done, to which she has responded with an astounding NO WAY. Perhaps another ancient cliche would best explain her decision to stay in the fight, "Hell has't no furry like an egomaniac."

Whichever way it goes rest assured there is much more to come, and it's looking like the worst is yet to be reveiled. Both contestants are banking their political futures on Americas short term memory loss, but that has become increasingly more difficult when they both keep suppling us with such insightful glimpses into their true character.

h michael,
beautifully written article that is so true, it saddens me. i don't like anybody to vote for. and i want to vote. it's sad how some people want public office and notoriety and celebrity and special perks wherever they go, and mucho money, that they will run for office, no matter what their character. thanks for sharing,
best regards,
sue

It will come down to voting one of two ways - Safe or Sorry. I prefer Safe. Just like the old saying goes ..Better safe than sorry. If liberals take charge..even they will be sorry ...they'll just be to ignorant to admit why.

Excellent article Michael. I hope they both truly expose one another. It'll be ugly for both I think. Alan Keyes is still in the news and running. I just hope he can get the ball rolling between now and November. Check my article swa321202 about Keyes.

Thanks Joel, I read you article on Keyes, sounds like he might be a good guy, I think you and I both know he's not going to pull off the miracle it would take for him to be President.

McCain is it buddy, like it or not ( doesn't matter ) He's the only one any of us have to pick from if we hope to at least retain a sliver of sanity in this country.

Isn't it a little funny all the creepy secrets associated with clinton & obama that are coming out drop by drop, and so far the worst you hear about McCain is when someone says he's old.

He's got my vote.

Michael, years ago when McCain was running for President, I remember why he didn't make it. People were very worried about his mental stability after being in that POW camp for so long. We've all seen what war, let along POW camps, have done to many vets. Well, I'm still worried -- especially after seeing several interviews with people who have been present when McCain went into an impromptu rage, called people (including his wife) filthy names, and could not control his language. I have to admit, I'm nervous about having someone who MAY not be able to control his temper in the White House!

I haven't seen the interviews ...yet, and I don't know who it was that said they were present ( who they are will impact MY views on how much weight I give what they have to say) .

But again the other two are a given, I've seen video and heard audio of Hillary freak'n out, and her husband billy boy too. Never forget - they are a package deal.

Obama is REALLY showing an uneasy side of himself as of late. I told people, once he is forced past "Hope" & "Change" , not all but more people will begin to see his true character. They are already playing clips from last nights debate where he completely contradicts earlier statements he made.

There's too much on that guy, did he EVER hang out with anyone that didn't in some way or another HATE America. Personally, from what I've seen in her writings, his wife's thoughts are scarier than his ultra liberal plans.

For me this is easy - One man that has proven far beyond any shadow of doubt that he believes in God Almighty as opposed to two that don't seem to want God anywhere around them. obama kicked any chance he could have possible had with me when he described his true thoughts with, abortions ok cause he wouldn't want his daughters being burdened with a child if they made a mistake.

Noooo we wouldn't want his little kids to be accountable for their actions, hell no.

Michael, Don't ever pull that mean-spirited, nasty personal attack on me again by comparing me to the Democratic seal! I have never tried to bully or intimidate you and I will not put up with your nonsense! I hope that you get it!

Hey I got your attention with my email. How else was I going to communicate that your behavior is cowardly for what you did without bringing in my name? Glad you heard me cause I ain't done. You attempted to bully a writer who disagrees with your anti-Omama crap. He was new to searchwarp. How bout cutting him some slack. As I said, you have been given ample time and opportunity to do your bashing. That's fine, but quit intimidating new writers who don't get your hard-hat mentality.

I have no idea what article or who it is you're talking about ...but if someone writes something that I feel is untrue or misleading ...Yes, I will voice my opinion. That's why they put a comment box there, not a "Only Comments That Agree With This Article" box. What makes you think I want to chase anyone away ? ?? I don't care who writes things on searchwarp. My God man...take a look , most of the articles, and certainly popular ones, are about silly things like how to pick up women, or how to comb your hair ..... oh boy, that kind of stuff will change the world. Yes I get a bit fired up when I read bias ramblings about how our country would be better off run by Godless liberals. Probably just as fired up as you do facing the other point of view. Honestly, not to make you feel bad, but I'm getting a lot of personal e-mails from an assortment of people , many I've never heard from before, telling me how, at least in their eyes, you've attacked them in the past. You talk about me...well hell James, your approach can be rather abrupt also. Anyhow...I have some work to do , so....until we meet again James. Carry on. Michael
