When it comes to losing weight fast, most dieters, and people in general, seem to feel that this involves either starving yourself or taking diet pills. Unfortunately, if you've ever tried those methods, you know all too well that they don't work. If getting slim was only as easy as taking a pill!

The Jenny Craig diet system is really not all that healthy. The food you purchase for your daily consumption is bland and loaded with sodium. You drink lots of water and never see fruits or vegetables. Pastas and noodles , gravies and tomato sauces and lackluster desserts are sold to many hopeful clients.

Bland but expensive desserts are meant to tempt your sweet tooth. The cost for a week's worth of food is more than $100. Not really worth the money by any means.

Seek out the alternative before you shell out your hard earned money to these weight loss hucksters! Remember it's Buyer Beware.
