There are a number of Property and Real Estate exhibitions, which take place in Europe, and these shows often cover domestic and international properties. The idea of a holiday home is popular these days and many of these shows are aimed at selling properties around Europe in locations including Spain, Cyprus and Italy. Below we look at 5 Property and Real Estate exhibitions in Europe, which are worth attending.

'EPEX 2008' is one of the best property exhibitions in Europe and is held at London, England. EPEX concentrates on properties located all over the world and focuses mainly on luxury property developers. The properties that are displayed here are generally within the price range of 500,000 to 25,000,000. The last exhibition held by EPEX received an incredible response from the public and various companies from around the globe participated in this successful show. The 2008 EPEX exhibition will be held at the Olympia National Hall in London on June 21st through to the 22nd.

If you are looking for commercial properties, then 'Expo Real' might also be of interest for you. This International Commercial Property Exposition is held in Munich every year and is a great showcase for both exhibitors and investors. Last year, this exhibition boasted a crowd of almost 25,000 visitors from more than seventy countries. Now, EXPO REAL is all geared up to do even better, having secured an additional exhibition hall, making it a total of seven halls and 74,000 square metres of space! The 2008 exhibition will be held in between the 6th and 8th of October.

CEPIF (The Central Europe Property and Investment Fair) claims to be the biggest real estate event in Central and Eastern Europe. The 2007 exhibition attracted visitors from a number of countries also and more than 800 exhibitors participated in the event. Cepif 2008 is expected to be even bugger and better this year and it will be held in Warsaw on the 14th and 15th May. The exhibition will include a two day conference, numerous social events, an architectural competition and of course, plenty of exhibition space!

Another popular property exhibition is the French Property Show, which is to be hosted at Harrogate from the 16th to the 18th of May 2008. The event is to be held at the spacious Great Yorkshire Showground and is the best exhibition for real estate in France.

The Invest in Property Show is another property exhibition taking place this year and it will take place in the Business Design Centre, between the 5th and 7th of September 2008. The exhibition will focus on real estate from all across the world, with a special focus on new and interesting locations.
