This is ridiculus, 85% of our offshore oil we can't drill, Alaska has pools of oil enough to last us 200 years or more and we have capped oil wells all over the USA. And we are paying $4 plus for gas/ and diesel fuel.
We are hip deep in oil and its time we fired every government energy agency associated with our national energy program . Start with Department of Energy and all of its associates and the E.P.A.!!
Can't you realize how stupid all of this is?? How do we the American people allow a government agency (EPA) created by our government DICTATE to us, that we can't drill for our OWN OIL!!
The American people need to RISE UP and contact their representatives and tell them if they don't CLEAN HOUSE we the American people will CLEAN HOUSE by BRINGING IMPEACHMENT proceeding against every Congressman ,Senator and Govenor for dereliction of duty.
Somehow, some way, we got to get down to the core group of people, that are screwing the American People and expose them for the TRAITORS THEY ARE!!
I know we can't have another BOSTON TEA PARTY but how about a UNITED STATES CLEAN HOUSE PARTY, we kick out every Department of Energy agency and EPA agency in each state and march on each state capital demanding that our representatives ACT or GET OUT OF DODGE!!

Rich, I agree 100% but if you know my writing you will understand the same people elect the same people time after time after time. Yes the minority, seniors and the college crowd. As the average American voter has the attention span of a fruit fly and the majority of media reporters and pundents are incapeable of research, much less truthful reporting, we are doomed to keep the neanderthals we now have. Perhaps the 101st airborne will surround the congress and deny them food or water until they act in the public interest and not special interests.
With these decisions, America runs the risk of never being able to recoup its normal self; with every layer of artificial government, she becomes more and more buried in social atrocity of her own making.
We may be reflective, in this regard, as how Russia became so embroiled in the ways of Stalin and his compatriots - still with them after how many years?
Impeachment is a courtesy some government officials do not deserve; hiring may well be the exigent circumstances that are required. Courtesy should be reserved for difficult dilemmas not clear cut violations.
