Yes that is right they'd rather sell your Foreclosed home to another than help you. Why, well a couple of things. First you are an average American and in many cases you are no longer "Credit Worthy" or "responsible" right Mr McCain, President Bush and Mr. Obama? Did that matter when they gave you one of these questionable mortgages that our leaders have done nothing about to date? Does it matter that foreclosures are at an all time high, especially here in Florida? Is it because many more are falling into delinquency? Does it matter that without a job [5.5% jump and 49,000 more without work] who is credit worthy? If you can't buy or pay your bills and certainly can't get refinaced for anything much less a mortgage what does that forebode? Rhetorically is that why our Governor wants out after less then a year in office? Rhetroically, are the problems so big it is easier to run, that is run away? I got news for him the problems are even bigger.
Secondly they do get a write off that foreclosure as a loss on the ledger and finally they just may have a "Credit Worthy", "Responsible" buyer waiting to pounce on your loss. Most likely one of those who sold you the home in the first place. Hey didn'tyou read my earlier article? Oh, I know too upsetting. Yes and frankly, it is a win, win for them and you, oh well, suck it up and move on, if you can like the rest of the 40 million and growing.
Hey, by the way doesn't this sound like Credit Card usury of 31.9% and higher where you can't even startt to pay your bill? Rhetorically, speaking, they will see you at church, that is if they can find one that is politically correct and likes their position on things, or the parishioners can look the other way for politcial expedency. Oh, in my opinion that's just about all of them, sorry I forgot. We can't mix church and politics and would it really matter? A little rough, I'm sorry, things are and if you don't like reality then turn off everything, cancel the paper and don't go out. That is you who can afford all that to start with.
So let them say, that is in my opinion, the fools, the naive, the culpable, the stupid, the proud and the arrogant, yes let them encourage you to go talk to your friendly banker. Yes that same one that gave you that mortgage that put you into this mess to start with and see what they say about helping you. Oh, fill out another application and that will be x dollars. Hey don;t you have my information? Thatw as last year, too old, we need to see if you qualify now. Oh, really, where were you last year? Yes and what answer do you expect? Now this is a sure betting thing in Vegas, gee we're sorry but your FICA score and Beacon scores are low and your debt to income ration, well it just is too high. Hey it was the same last year. Well things have changed now. We really would like to help you, BUT. Yes but aren't you my neighbor and people I know? Not when it comes to the green my friend only as long as you pay, sorry, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. Didn't you read the fine print? What about trust, how silly, no one trusts anyone these days.
You have been, as they say, sold up the river without a paddle. You are one who they like to say "unfortunately, you fell through the cracks", "we wish we could help, but". You know, common now, do you need a painting? Yes let them profess, meaningless. Let them say their prayers, meaningless. Let them quote scripture, meaningless, for like the scribes and the pharisees of old in my opinion they are all blind.
Yes, help you? No, in my opinion it is not about people, it never was and it never will be and if your waiting for hope my friend don't hold your breath. If your waiting for Mr. Obama or McCain to charge in on a white horse and save the day, and change thinbgs for the better, well in my opinion, don't. Congress, please give us a break. Who, Mr. Reed, Feinstein, Kennedy, Graham, etc, etc, etc and the rest you really expect them to save you? Aren't they the ones who did this to you? Their records speak for themselves.
Oh and yes you baby boomers who feel you have it all made. Don't feel so secure. A well known millionaire TV star is losing his multi million dollar home because he had an accident that ate everything up just to stay alive. Not yo, well ok but what are you going to do when thye come to tax that retirement plan you have stashed away at 100%. Think not then nothing nayone can say will change your mind, that is until. Why because someone has to pay for it all and you my friend will be one of the few left they can tax. Its as simple as one and one.
Do I sound upset, frustrated, mad you bet. Think positive my a _ _, sorry, sometimes direct catches the eye. The signs and symbols of greed, covetousness and exploitation are all about. Love of neighbor my a _ _, where, when? Honor, integrity, ethics, morality my a _ _. Yes my a _ _ is kind of sore these days. I've been kicked in it more often then I care to be and all by the good, decent, patriotic, church going Americans all about me, my neighbors and my fellow Americans.
Yes help you, my a _ _. They'd rather sell for half.
